DIRECTOR (LAW):
Ph.D. in Competition Law or equivalent from a recognized University and eight (8) years experience in the relevant field.
OR
Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized University and ten (10) years experience in the relevant field. with the Bachelor of Law (Professional) or equivalent from a recognized University and twelve (12) years experience in the relevant field
DIRECTOR (ECONOMICS):
Ph.D. in Economics in Micro Economics or Industrial Organisation Theory or Econometrics or equivalent from a recognized University and eight (8) years experience in the relevant field.
DIRECTOR (FINANCIAL ANALYSIS):
Ph.D. in Commerce or Finance or Accounting or equivalent from a recognized University, Chartered Accountant Company Secretary or Cost Accountant or Financial Analyst and eight (8) years experience.
JOINT DIRECTOR (LAW):
Ph. D in Competition Law or equivalent from a recognized University; and three (3) years experience in the relevant field.
OR
Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized University and four (4) years experience in the relevant field.
JOINT DIRECTOR (ECONOMICS):
Ph.D. Degree in Economics or Statistics or equivalent from a recognized university and three (3) years experiences in the relevant field. Master’s Degree in Economics or Statistics or equivalent from a recognized university, and six (6) years experiences in the relevant field, including in Corporate Sector.
DEPUTY DIRECTOR (LAW):
Bachelor of Law (Professional) or equivalent with three (3) years experience in the relevant field, including in corporate sector.
DEPUTY DIRECTOR (ECONOMICS):
Master’s Degree in Economics/Statistics or equivalent with three (3) years experience in the relevant field, including in corporate sector.
DEPUTY DIRECTOR (FINANCIAL ANALYSIS):
