AP EAMCET 2017 Web Counselling Procedure

AP EAMCET counseling will be in the month of June 2017 and for this, the document verification will be there. So you have completed the document verification after the verification will be completed. They select the college and course if you want to get the details of web counseling pleases follow the below steps.

Candidate Registration for Certificate verification:

• You are filling the application form for the AP EAMCET for this you want to select the Helpline Center it is very important.
• For the HCL center, the candidates will attend for the document verification.
• After that, they will call rank wise for the counseling fee payment. You have successfully completed the document verification it will hand over to the computer operator.
• After completion the process you will get the receipt of the document verification.

Verification of Documents:

• You want to verify the details like the Local area, sex, Category, Date of birth, mobile number and fee.
•  If there is nay mistake you will report to the computer operator for editing. The category wise if you are in SC/ST/BC they have to submit the caste certificate along with the documents.
• For the OC candidates, Caste certificate is not there directly you should give for the verifications.
• Officers will verify the certificates those are the rank card, admit card, marks memo, study certificate, Income certificate.
•  This process will be finished the have to take the options form and leave the counseling hall.

Filling of Exercising options:

• Exercising options means you have to select the college and course that is your wish to select the options.
• Check the college profile how many availability courses, hostel, Job opportunities to the particular course, Distance from your place and fee for the college.
• You consult your parents and the here which one is a correct choice you ask your family members.
• Which one you have selected for that you have to write the codes that are a district, college, and the course codes.
• Which one you have chosen, for the allotment seats will be based on the rank, local area, gender, category.

Choice Filling:

• Allotment made will be your choice you will choose any college and course that is your wish but you have to search for the college.
• It has various courses or else various vacancies are there here various vacancies are not there you have to choose like the colleges are various that is Option-1 and the Option-2.
• Like this, you have to put in that option form candidates have to be put more options and that is your interest to put more options.
• For entering options on the computer screen, the manual option will be filled it is essential.

Procedure to be followed for Exercising options on the web:

• You have completed your document verification for that candidates have the internet they put the options form home.
•  Entering the URL through the Internet.
• Generation of the password.
• Option Entry.
• logout

Procedure to Fill the Web Options:

Step-1:  

• Enter the URL and here you have to prefer only Internet Explorer make sure that you have to use only the windows-7 only in that it is the internet explorer version 9.0 or above.
• In that please enter the website i.e. http://sche.ap.gov.in it is in the notification in this you will get the details on this AP EAMCET counseling and find the counseling procedure, a list of courses, college profile, Helpline centers.

Step-2:

• You want to put the password for this AP EAMCET.
• For the aspirants, it is essential for login and if you want to give the options.
• First, you have to enter login ID and next there you will have the password and click on the generated password.
•  In the password there it has only the 8 characters you will enter the password another time also you have to enter.
• Enter the mobile number it is compulsory to change the password. Click on save button and it will be finished to generate the ID and password and again you have come back to home page.

Step 3: Freezing of Options and Modifications

• You want to do the modifications on this ID and Password first you entered the mobile number for the GENERATING password for the mobile you will get the SMS for your mobile.
• which number you gave for that number only the SMS will come. Enter into login ID and the hall ticket number, password, and the date of birth and sign in.
• For this, you will get the OTP number for your mobile this OTP has entered text box provide.

 Choice Freezing  

• If any certain reason you will get the error in the OTP number again you will do the same process and wait for 5 mins. Come into the entry button display form and select the college and courses.
• Enter your hall ticket number and fill the manual options and click on save button.

 Step-4: LogOut

• After completion, your option entry it will be finished means then log out but in this 3 types of log outs are there but you have to click on the Save & Log Out.
• After the option entry, and close the browser.

Step-5: Allotment Of  Seats 

The allotment will be processed on the date mentioned it is based on the local area, gender, date of birth, etc. and then you have to download the allotment order.

Step-6: Payment of fees

The aspirants have to download the challan and after downloading the challan candidate needs to pay the fee in the nearest banks those are Andhra and the Indian Bank.

Step-7: Reporting to the College

After you pay the fees and the allotment order these are you have to download. and take these print out and report to the college If you want to join that college it is a compulsory process.

If I forget Password of APEAMCET Counselling?

If you forget the password candidate need to enter the official home page and click on forgot the password And enter required details click on new password generated. Through SMS alert you get the new password for option entry scheme.
