Educational Qualification:
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Proficiency in the local language and also Working knowledge of Computer.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)/Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)/Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Proficiency in the local language and also Working knowledge of Computer. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co- operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy.
- Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager): Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc / Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Degree from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate/ Charted Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution/ MBA in Marketing/ Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture.

Age Limit and Age Relaxation:
Following is the Age Limit and Age Relaxation that is set by the Officials of the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection & Regional Rural Banks:
Age Limit
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 21 Years to 40 Years.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 21 Years to 32 Years.
- Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager): 18 Years to 30 Years.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 18 Years to 28 Years.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 Years.
- OBC: 3 Years.
- Persons With Benchmark Disability: 10 Years.

Selection Procedure:
As Per the IBPS RRB Common Written Examination VI Advertisement, Selection of the Applicants will be done through Prelims, Mains, and Personal Interview. After all the rounds and Merit list will be drawn at the end with the Names of the Candidates who got selected for the Officers (Scale I II III), Office Assistant Vacancies.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to remember that they need to pay the Application Fee which is fixed by the Officials of IBPS and RRB Mutually and mentioned it in the Recruitment Notification. For the Post of Officer (Scale I II III) Candidates need to Pay Rs.600/- while the Aspirants from the SC/ST/PWD have to pay Rs.100/-. Contenders applying for the Office Assistant are also requested to pay the Application Fee Same as the Officer Scale I II III.
Salary:
Selected Candidates will get the Salary as per the Norms of the Organization.
