Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Development Commissioner:
- Holding an analogous post on the regular basis or With three years regular service in the post in the scale of Rs.5500-9000 or With eight years regular service in positions in the scale of Rs.5000-8000
- Possessing two years experience in Foreign Trade work
Section Officer (Account):
- Holding an analogous post on the daily basis or With three years regular service in the post in the scale of Rs.5000-8000
- A pass in the Subordinate Accounts Service or equivalent examination conducted by any one of the organized accounts department of the central government. or Successful completion of the training in the cash and accounts work conducted by Institute of Secretarial Training and Mangement of equivalent and
- Possessing three years experience of Cash, Accounts and Budget work.

Stenographer Gr. III:
- Lower Division Clerk in the pay scale of Rs.3050-4590 with eight years regular service in the grade and possessing a speed of 80 wpm English shorthand and 30 wpm Typewriting
- Possessing a speed of 80 wpm English shorthand and 30 wpm Typewriting and knowledge in word processing and,
- Knowledge in word processing.
