GATE Results 2017:
GRADE APTITUDE TEST in ENGINEERING(GATE) Result. IIT’s and IISC regulates GATE on a rotation basis. This time it would be conducted by IIT Roorkee. GATE will be conducted for Students who want to continue their education for M.Tech/M.E program offered by the IITs, NITs, GFTI and various private institutions. Through GATE Score Candidate may get direct admission to the Ph.D. program. GATE scores are even considered by public and private companies at the time of recruitment. GATE Application Fees:
- For women/SC/ST/PWD – Rs 750/-
- Other Candidates – Rs 1500/-
The correction fee payment will be done via online mode only.
No challan payment will be accepted.
- For changes from SC/ST to General/OBC is Rs.750/-.
- For changes from Female to Male/Others is Rs.750/-.
- For changes from PWD to Non-PWD is Rs. 750/.
- For changes in the examination, the city is Rs. 400/-.
GATE Exam Pattern:
- GATE exam is of 3 Hours duration and carries a maximum of 100 Marks.
- It consists of 65 Questions.
