HP PAT Results 2017: Himachal Pradesh Polytechnic Entrance Test (HP PAT 2017) is the state level polytechnic entrance examination. It is held for the candidates belonging to Himachal Pradesh only. Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board conducts this examination every year. HP PAT Results:
HP Polytechnic Result 2017 will be announced through online mode. Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board (HPTSB) is the main conducting authority organizes a state level polytechnic entrance exam. This exam is called as Himachal Pradesh Polytechnic Admission Test (HP PAT). It is also known as HP Polytechnic Exam. About Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board:
The establishment of Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board with the objective to create an excellent competent environment to impart the technical education across the State.
Accordingly, the Himachal Pradesh Technical University (Established and Regulation ) Act, 2010 (Act No. 16 of 2010 of Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly which was assented by the Hon’ble Governor on 28 July 2010. Subsequently, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the 21st August 2010 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force. The first Vice-Chancellor of Himachal Pradesh Technical University has taken over the charge on 7 January 2011.
HP PAT Qualification and Eligibility Criteria:
Here, the eligibility criteria of HP PAT 2017 is mentioned:
- Applicant should have passed a 10th class examination in Science, English and Maths subjects by securing at least 35% aggregate marks.
- Applicant should have domicile of Himachal Pradesh or should have completed studies up to 10th class from Himachal Pradesh board.

General Candidates: Rs.650/-
SC/ST/BC Candidates: Rs.400/-
HP PAT Exam Pattern:
HP PAT Exam will be held on 21st May 2017. The exam pattern is mentioned here:
Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted through offline mode (Pen-Paper Based).
Type of Questions: The questions will be of objective type and candidates have to circle the correct option.
Duration of Exam: The exam duration of the entrance exam will be three hours.
The language of Exam: The question paper will come in English & Hindi Language.
Subjects: The questions will come from class X level from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English.
No. of Questions: Total 150 questions will be asked in the examination. 50 questions from Physics & Mathematics, 30 from Chemistry & 20 from English.
Marking Schema: For Each correct response, 4 marks will be given to the candidates.
Negative Marking: For the incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted.

HP PAT Admit Card 2017:
The admit card will be available only through online mode. Candidates can download the HP PAT Hall Ticket from the third week of May 2017. HPTSB will not send the admit card by post. The HP PAT 2017 Admit Card consist of the name of the candidate, roll number, examination center address, date & time of the exam, photograph, signature, a set of instructions, etc. Candidates will not be permitted to get an entry in the exam center without the valid admit card. The admit card will be seen by the examiner for verification.

Click on HPPAT Results 2017.
Enter Hall Ticket Number.
Click the submit button and get the result.
Take a print out and use for Furthur.
How to Download HP PAT Exam Hall Ticket 2017:

- Click submit button.
- Download the Hall Ticket and use it at Exam Center Entrance.
