About Commissioner of Entrance Examination(CEE)
The Commissionerate of Entrance Examinations (CEE) is conducting nine distinct Entrance Examinations for admission to Professional Courses every year: Kerala Engineering Agriculture Medical Degree (KEAM), Three year LLB, Five year LLB, LLM, PG Ayurveda, PG Homoeo, PG Nursing, PG Medical and Super Specialty. The Commissionerate is also making allotments to KEAM, Three year LLB, Five year LLB, LLM, PG Dental and PG Medical courses. The allotments are made through a Single Window System of the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations was established in 1983 as a separate set up for the conduct of Entrance Examinations for admission to Professional Courses in the State.
The Higher Education Department in the Secretariat is functioning as the administrative department of the Commisionerate of Entrance Examinations. The Commissionerate has been conducting thirteen Entrance Examinations, both for Undergraduate and Post Graduate Professional Courses. Of these examinations conducted in a time bound manner and catering to the needs of the aspirants of Professional Courses, the Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical Entrance Examinations (KEAM) is the major one in which near about one lakh seventy thousand candidates participate every year. The other courses for which the CEE conducts Entrance Examinations are Three year LLB, Five Year LLB, LLM, MD Homoeo, MDS, MD Ayurveda, M Sc Nursing, PG Medical and PG Super Speciality.

Kerala CEE LLM Qualification And Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
For Undergraduate
- The candidates have qualified Higher Secondary School/ Intermediate or equivalent examination from 10+2 education system from a recognized board.
- The candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in aggregate of the total marks and if belonging to SC/ST category, they should have a minimum of 40% marks.
- Students appearing in the qualifying exam in March/April 2017 can also apply. Such candidates have to produce an evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission.
For Postgraduate
- The candidates must have completed the LL.B or five-year Integrated LL.B degree with not less than 55% marks and 50% in case of SC/ST candidates from a recognized university as prescribed by the participating universities.
- Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
Application Fee
- For General and OBC category candidates: Rs.800/-
- For Sc/ST category candidates: Rs.400/-
Age Limit
- The candidates, who want to apply for Kerala CEE LLM must have 23 years of age for examination year.
- There is no upper age limit.
