MH CET Law Exam Qualification and Eligibility Criteria:
- Indian National candidates are eligible to apply for this exam.
- For LL.B (five-year) programs, students must have passed a 12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board securing 45% marks for general and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
- For LL.B (Three years) course, candidates must hold a graduate or post-graduate degree with obtaining minimum 45% marks for general candidate and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
- To be eligible for LLB program, the candidate must have completed their qualification in the pattern 0of 10+2+3.
- Students who are appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
- The DHE Maharashtra State will specify eligibility criteria of MH CET Law 2017 in the examination notification.
- Candidates applying for MH CET Law 2017 need to go through the eligibility criteria which mention academic qualification and minimum scores as well as age to appear for the undergraduate Law programmes– 3-year LL.B and 5-year integrated LL.B.
- As per the BCI’s new age bar regulation, candidates from General category need to be less than 20 years of age and those from SC, ST and Other backward classes below 22 years, if applying for five-year integrated Law programs.
- Moreover, General category candidates applying for three-year Law programs should be below 30 years of age and those from SC, ST and OBC categories are given five years relaxation in upper age limit.
