MH CET Results:
The Directorate of Medical Education and Research will be declared the MH CET Results release date through the official website dmer.org. As the examination process has been completed so it will take some time to announce the MH CET Results 2017 as the evaluation work is very responsive work to do. The MH CET 2017 Application Form is available through online mode only. The application has been released from 14th February 2017. The last date to submit the application form will be the 23rd March 2017. Candidates can also fill the form with late fee of Rs. 500 from 24th March to 30th March 2017.
About Directorate of Medical Education and Research:
The Office of The Surgeon General of Maharashtra state was separated on 1st May 1970, into two independent directorates namely The Directorate of Medical Education and Research & The Directorate of Health Services. Directorate of Medical Education and Research supervises the working of 42 institutions including Medical and Dental Colleges, Teaching Hospitals and Health Units under its purview in order to achieve optimum academic standards.Promotion of research in institutions is encouraged. Despite existing financial constraints, efforts are made to provide maximum facilities required for students’ education(Under Graduate, Post Graduate, Super Specialities), hospital services and research.
The Directorate of Medical Education and Research controls and regulates the administration of 11 Government Medical colleges and Hospitals along with Urban & Rural Health centers attached to them. It also regulates 3 Government Dental colleges & Hospitals. The Directorate supervises the Medical Education i.e.Under Graduate, Post Graduate, and Super Specialisation.It also co-ordinates the Research activities in Fundamental Research, Applied Research & Operational Research in the Institutions under its control and through Outreach Services. This enables the Government to improve Health Status of the people in the society.

MH CET Exam Pattern 2017:
- Exam Date: The exam will be organized on 11th May 2017 (Thursday) at various centers in Maharashtra through offline (pen and paper based) mode.
- Medium of Exam: The medium for examination will be English or Marathi or Urdu for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. However, Mathematics paper will be in English only.
- No. of Papers: The MH CET exam will comprise of three papers.
- Type of Questions: The question paper will comprise of objective type questions.
- Marks: Each Paper is of 100 marks.
- Exam Duration: The duration of the exam will be one and half hours for each paper.
- Answer Mode: Candidates are required to use only black ink ballpoint pen to mark answers.
