Mizoram PSC Job On Jr Gr of MCS & Information Service Posts the Government of Mizoram, vide Notification No An 11020/1/87-P&AR(GSW) dated 30.4.1991 had appointed Pu S.R.Vala an IAS Officer of Orissa Cadre, as the first Chairman of Mizoram Public Service Commission. He Joined the Commission on 1.5.1991.Thus, after four long years of Statehood, the Mizoram Public Service Commission came into existence. The Government of Mizoram vides Notification No A.11020/1/87 -P7AR(GSW) data. These posts were created vide Notification No. An 11020/1/87P&AR(GSW) dated 10.11.1987. Subsequently, the Government of Mizoram had promulgated another regulation under Article 318 called the Mizoram Public Service Commission Regulation 1989 vide Notification No A.11020/1/87-P&AR(GSW) dated 11.5.1989 which provide Chairman and not more than three Members.

Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should possess a Degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Parliament or State Legislature in India or other educational institution, Basic Knowledge of Computer Application equivalent to Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) or Diploma in Computer Application/ Certificate in Computer Application from institutions recognised by Mizoram State Council of Technical Education or such other courses of the level as determined by the Government from time to time.
- Working knowledge of the Mizo language. (Candidates whose final examinations for a degree of recognized Universities have been held and the results are yet to be declared in due course shall be allowed to appear in the written examination).
Age Limit:
Candidates age limit should be 21 years but not exceeding 35 years on the first day of the month in which the Preliminary Examination is held.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on Preliminary & Main Examination.
Application Fee:
Candidates should pay Rs. 320/- (Rs 270/- for SC/ ST candidates) in the form of cash at the Reception Counter of Mizoram Public Service Commission Office or by depositing into the Treasury Treasury challan under the Head-0051-PSC, 102-State PSC (Examination Fee. etc) or by uncrossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) drawn in favour of Secretary, Mizoram Public Service Commission.
