- State Mission Manager (Human Resource): Candidates must have passed Post Graduation in Management in HR/MBA (HR)/M.Com (HR) from a recognized University/ Institute having at least five years of experience in a social/ community development sector.
- Mission Executive: Candidates must have passed Post Graduation in Management in relevant branch having at least three years of experience in related field.
- District Coordinator: Candidates must have passed Post Graduation in relevant branch having at least two years of experience in related field.
- District Mission Manager (DMM): Candidates must have done passed Post Graduation in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Development Studies/Agro Economics/ Agriculture from a recognized University/ PG Diploma in ROM from nationally reputed Institution with minimum four years of experience in the Social/ Community Development Sector.
- State Mission Assitant – Skills: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with certified knowledge of Computer applications and having five years of work experience.
