Eligibility Criteria For NRHM ASHA Bankura Recruitment 2018
Educational Qualifications
- Should be a Married/Divorced/Widowed woman must be a permanent resident of the same area under the health sub-center for which she is applying.
- Should be Madhyamik or equivalent test passed or appeared. candidates possessing higher qualification are also eligible. However, in all cases (appeared or declared or possessing higher qualification) only the marks secured in the Madhyamik or an equivalent examination will be considered.
- Preference will be given to Grade-l & Grade-ll sHG Members/Trained Dais/tink workers, keeping the selection criteria fixed.
Age Limit – As on 1st January 2018, applicants should be within the age group 30-40 years. In case of SC or ST candidates, the lower age limit may be relaxed to 22 years.

Selected candidates under the NRHM ASHA Bankura Recruitment 2018 will be given the pay band as INR 7100 to INR 37600 per month.

- Birth certificate or Admit card of the Madhyamik or the equivalent Examination (self-attested photocopy) as proof of age.
- Voters identify card (EPC) and Ration Card (self-attested photocopy) as proof of local residents.
- Marksheet of Madhyamik or equivalent Examination (Serf attested photocopy), even in case of failure in the exam.
self-attested copy of Marriage Registration certificate in case of an attested copy of Decree of Divorce in case of Divorced women or Death Certificate of Husband in case of the widow. - ln case of above-mentioned certificates are not available, self Declaration regarding marital status certified by E.A./secretary of concerned G.p.
- Self-attested copy of Death certificate of Husband for the widowed applicant.
- lf applicable, SC/ST certificate from the competent authority (self-attested photocopy)
- If applicable’ in case of Grade-l & Grade ll SHG Members, a certificate from Block Development officer and in case of trained Dias / Link workers, the certificate from BMoH has to be submitted along with application form.
- Two (02) copies of the identical passport size colored photo, one for an application form and another for Admit Card.
- The self-attested copy of the certificates will be checked/verified during the interview.
