Applicants will be selected for M.Phil. (Chemistry), M.Phil. (Commerce) & M.Phil. (Geography) courses on the basis of your performance in the M.Phil. CET (Common Entrance Test) 2018. In final selection, 75% marks in entrance test and 25% marks in postgraduate courses will be considered. The Entrance Test consists of research and language aptitude, reasoning, numerical ability, general knowledge and subjects related to the Master’s Degree in the subject concerned. It will be of two different sections consists of 100 marks. Section A consists of Research and language aptitude, numerical ability, reasoning and general knowledge. It is an objective exam, it contains 50 marks. The time duration of the test will be 50 minutes. Section B will also have 50 multiple choice questions of 50 marks, but it is subject-specific. The time duration of the test is 50 minutes.
